1. ID or Passport of the student - notarized and translated into Georgian.
2. ID or Passport of the Parents (both is preferable) - notarized and translated into Georgian.
3. Birth Certificate of the Student - notarized and translated into Georgian.
4. Grades from the previous school (3 academic years) translated into English.
5. The parent shall fill the application form at school
